Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly.
To best accommodate all of our valued guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
First Cancellation / No-Show
A first-time cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a first no-show will not incur a charge.
Second Cancellation / No-Show
A second cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a second no-show will require a 50% service charge in order to rebook future appointments.
Product exchange and returns
We will gladly apply the full value of gently used products purchased at Studio 914 Hair Salon toward another product of your choice.
Deposits
Due to the cost and/or complexity of certain hair services, we reserve the right to ask for a non- refundable 50% deposit for certain appointments including but not limited to Extensions and Keratin Treatments .
Why This Policy Matters
Our stylists dedicate their artistry, preparation, and time to every guest experience. When a last-minute cancellation, late cancellation, or no-show occurs, it limits appointment availability for other guests eager to book with our team.
This policy helps ensure fairness to both our guests and stylists while allowing us to continue providing the exceptional service and experience that defines Studio 914 Salon.
